MedCraft recently completed development of the Rincon Surgery Center in partnership with Tucson Health and its physician investors. The new state-of-the-art 17,000 square-foot ambulatory surgery center houses four operating rooms with expansion capabilities for an additional two operating rooms in the future. “Providing high-quality, accessible surgical care to our patients has been a driving force behind bringing this facility to fruition,” said Dr. Derrick Johnston, chairman of the board and pediatric urologist. “Through this joint venture, we can enhance our ability to provide same-day surgical services and perform increasingly more complicated procedures in an outpatient setting, which benefits our patients with significant cost savings and increased convenience and comfort.”
