Alice works on deal origination and in various asset management capacities as an Investment Associate with Medcraft Investment Partners. As a specialist in underwriting, Alice meticulously analyzes potential real estate investments. Her keen eye for detail and financial expertise allow her to thoroughly evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions that align with MedCraft’s strategic goals.
Prior to joining MedCraft, Alice held acquisitions and asset management roles at ShopCore, a Blackstone portfolio company.
Alice is originally from San Diego and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Urban & Regional Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
