VP of Asset Management
Ivy brings 15 years of diverse real estate experience to Medcraft, where he oversees the Asset Management function. A true believer in the “team-first” mindset, Ivy’s responsibilities have him working on anything from leasing to investment strategies to heavy financial modeling to picking out new carpet tiles. Previously, Ivy worked for a national real estate developer where he established their Asset Management department and head of commercial acquisitions. He has asset/portfolio management and investment experience with nearly every asset class. Ivy has completed over $1.5B in transactions during his career and had direct oversight of portfolios as large as 3M SF and $2.5B in AUM.
Ivy is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder and currently lives in Denver with his wife and daughter.
