Jack is a healthcare real estate professional with experience across acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations.
Before joining MedCraft, Jack played a key role at AEI Fund Management, where he was responsible for managing a national portfolio of healthcare assets across both Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and discretionary funds. He developed proprietary portfolio models to forecast investor returns, optimize hold periods, and guide strategic disposition planning. His work supported the full investment lifecycle—ranging from sourcing and underwriting to portfolio reporting and exit strategy.
Jack began his career through internships in private equity and risk management, where he built foundational skills in pro forma modeling, due diligence, and financial derivatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Concordia University, Saint Paul, where he graduated cum laude.
