Jay has over 20 years of real estate experience, exceeding over $25B in real estate projects and he is an expert in deal structuring, financial underwriting and analysis and equity capital markets.
Jay understands the unique needs and challenges of healthcare real estate and is committed to delivering the best capital and investment resources to serve MedCraft clients and physician partners across the country.
Prior to MedCraft, Jay co-founded Cadence Capital Partners, a brokerage focused on raising capital for real estate projects throughout the United States. Prior to Cadence, Jay was Managing Director for Tishman Speyer’s Transaction Tax Team. Prior to that he served as aa tax attorney at several large law firms.
Jay holds a mechanical engineering degree and a JD from the University of Michigan.
